Post-employment Assessments are used to assess an employee’s fitness to work in the job or role to which they have been assigned. They highlight any reasonable adjustments the employers may need to put in place to accommodate the employees’ needs. They are relevant both for new employees and for those employees moving to a new role within the organisation.

You will need to complete a pre-appointment questionnaire. Your in-person appointment will take place at our flagship clinic on 129 Harley Street. You will have an appointment with one of our experienced doctors and have various tests arranged on the day. The entire process can take 45 minutes. The results will be discussed with you in person, and at a follow-up appointment.

Following your consultation and with all your results to hand, we will produce a report for you. The report will be organized in an easy-to-understand format, avoiding medical jargon and instead using straightforward language to explain the results of each test and assessment.
It will include a summary of key findings, with visual aids such as charts or graphs where helpful, to illustrate important metrics and trends.

If we feel there are any results, or examination findings that require a follow-up then we will advise you of this, and help you arrange this at your convenience.
At times, we may advise a referral to one of our hand-picked specialists, e.g., a cardiologist, or a surgeon. We will always discuss this with you and make decisions in partnership with you.

The consultation is 45 minutes long and gives you ample time to discuss any issues you feel are needed. If the time you need extends beyond these 45 minutes, then you will be charged for every additional 15 minutes that your consultation takes.
