When planning to travel, whether for work or leisure, if you need to arrange a visa medical then you can do this at our flagship Harley Street clinic.

A visa medical is a medical examination which includes a physical examination and tests such as a chest X-ray which have been specifically developed to ensure your medical suitability for travelling to, studying in, or working in a specific country.
The country in question will have their own requirements which need to be completed as part of the visa application process. The application form will indicate the tests or vaccinations required to successfully apply for the visa. We are happy to guide you in this process, and are able to arrange visa medicals for many countries, including the USA and Canada.
We will carry out ID checks on the day. This will be followed by a physical examination with one of our doctors and various other tests depending on the country that you are travelling to. We will aim to make this as seamless as possible for you. We know how stressful visa applications can be.

If we feel there are any results, or examination findings that require a follow-up then we will advise you of this, and help you arrange this at your convenience. At times, we may advise a referral to one of our hand-picked specialists, e.g., a cardiologist, or a surgeon. We will always discuss this with you and make decisions in partnership with you.

There is no defined time, but we would advise you to consider such an assessment at regular intervals.

The consultation is 45 minutes long and gives you ample time to discuss any issues you feel are needed. If the time you need extends beyond these 45 minutes, then you will be charged for every additional 15 minutes that your consultation takes.
